What is Customization?

Your favorite jewelry piece has attributes such metal, finish and stones, which can be modified to suit your taste. Zinariya allows you to choose from various options for each design to tailor your purchase to your liking without any additional charge. You can choose from:

How can I get my jewelry customized?

a. Click on the CUSTOMIZE button on the product page or product personalization page

b. Select the Metal, Finish and Stone that you would like by clicking the appropriate checkbox

c. Click SAVE

d. Repeat the process for viewing more variations

e. After customizing your product to your liking, select how you would like to view your customized product

f. Click FINISH

g. Our design team will modify the product according to your chosen options and send you a link to view the variations of your product via your chosen mode of communication

h. Open the link and view your customized product options

i. Select the variation you like

j. Click BUY to confirm your order

What is Personalization?

You can make your favorite piece of jewelry special for you by choosing something to commemorate your purchase. Zinariya allows you to add text in any font to your chosen design to personalize your purchase without any additional charge.

Birthdays and Anniversaries are special events for some customers, while Names of family members hold a lot of significance for others. Our customers also find Sayings, lines from Poems or Lyrics close to their heart. You can choose to use any of them to personalize your favorite designs. This text will be made an integral part of your jewelry by our design team.

Please note that every design may not offer the option to personalize it based on the design constraints.

How can I get my jewelry personalized?

a. Click on the PERSONALIZE button on the main product page or product customization page

b. Enter the text that you would like to incorporate on your jewelry in the space provided. Please note that depending on the design, there will be a limit to number of characters that can be used.

c. Enter the fonts that you would like. If you leave the space empty, our designers will provide you with 2 options.

d. Click SAVE and then FINISH

e. After personalizing your product to your liking, select how you would like to view your customized product

f. Our design team will personalize your product according to your inputs and send you a link to view the variations via your chosen mode of communication

g. Open the link and view your customized product options

h. Select the variation you like

i. Click BUY to confirm your order

Will I see the product as per my customized and / or personalized specifications?

Our design team will modify the product according to your chosen options and send you a link to view the variations of your product via your chosen mode of communication

What is the delivery time to my doorstep?

Our standard delivery time after payment is 15 business days. However, it is our endeavor to deliver it to you at the earliest.

Can I see the status of my purchase?

Yes, you can view the status of your purchase. The general meanings of each of the statuses are:

a. In design finalization

b. In manufacturing

c. In shipping

Can I modify or cancel my order prior to delivery?

You can modify or cancel your order only if the product is in the design finalization phase and has not entered the manufacturing phase. However, if the product has entered the manufacturing or shipping phases, then the order cannot be modified or canceled.

What channels can I use to pay for my purchases?

You can choose from various modes of payment for your purchases:

c. Online / Mobile Wallets

How can I pay for my purchases using NEFT or RTGS?

Can I pay in cash?

No, there is no option to pay in cash

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any purchase irrespective of the value.

What is a Credit Note (CN)?

In case any customer returns the product for reasons not attributable to manufacturing or shipping defects, Zinariya will provide a Credit Note (CN) as per our refund policy. The CN is equivalent to cash when using on Zinariya.com. You can enter your CN number at the time of purchase and the amount equivalent to your CN will be debited from your payable amount.

How long is the Credit Note (CN) valid for?

The CN is valid for 1 year from the date of issue

Can I use my Credit Note (CN) for multiple purchases over a year?

Yes. You can use your CN as many times as you want on Zinariya.com until the entire amount of the original CN is consumed

Can I gift / transfer my Credit Note (CN) to anyone else?

Yes. You can gift or transfer your CN to anyone.

How can I avail promotions?

a. You can access all promotions on the website through the PROMO button on right hand top corner of the website.

b. Select the picture or pictures from Zinariya that you want to include in your mail.

c. Use the standard content or write your own content to be included in the mail.

d. Enter the email addresses or contact details of the people you want to send Zinariya reference to

e. Click PREVIEW to see how the message will look

f. Click EDIT to modify the message

g. After editing, click SEND and you will receive a PROMOCODE, which will be stored in your account and sent to you by email.

How can I use my PROMOCODES?

a. Login with the email account you normally use on Zinariya.com.

b. All the PROMOCODES you have accumulated will be displayed in MY ACCOUNT section.

c. At the time of checkout, you can choose to apply the PROMOCODES from the list, which is populated automatically

What is the Referral Promo?

Referral Promo is a promotion, which will credit you up to 5%* of your purchase value for every 10 people you refer Zinariya.com via email, facebook, twitter or any other medium. You can find the Referral Promo by clicking PROMO button on right hand top corner of the website.

* The % credit varies from 2.5% for 5 different individuals to 5% for 10 different individuals on a pro rata basis

What is the SoNet Promo?

SoNet Promo is a promotion, which will credit you with up to 5%** of your purchase value for every unique post you make on social networks such as facebook, twitter, instagram, tumblr, etc. Please note that the same content posted on multiple networks does qualify as multiple posts.

** The % credit varies from 2.5% for 1 Social Network to 5% for 3 Social Networks on a pro rata basis

Can I avail the same PROMO multiple times?

a. Yes, you can avail any PROMO two (2) times each within 3 months.

b. For instance, you can avail SoNet twice within 3 months from first post, where you will get two PROMOCODES, each worth up to 5% of your purchase value.

c. However, for 3 or more SoNet posts within 3 months from first post, you cannot accrue additional PROMOCODES.

Can I use multiple promotions for the same purchase?

Yes. You can use multiple promotions till all PROMOCODES used do not exceed more than 20% of purchase value.

Can I use promotions while using Credit Note (CN)?

Yes. CN is equivalent of cash and you can use promotions while utilizing your CN amount.
